The walls are FRP skins with XPS foam in the middle. 1.8 inches thick. Around an R-7-8 value.

Not a custom size, but taller than the last EOS door, so do not have to duck anymore (at least I don't---LOL).

Sorry, will be offering. We are taking deposits though and are about 60 days out on delivery, so technically we are offering it. The design is hardly changing at all. Just going from pop up to hard sided with the option of the inside kitchen, which would take away the driver's side dinette seating.

Yes, we have redesigned the pull out bed and now do the Laguna table standard. Definitely makes the interior feel a lot more roomy and easier to get around in!
