To close out this build thread... the M1010 is off to it's new home, hopefully to be finished up. Sad to see it go but I also knew it wasn't going to get done.
I would seriously look at the Bean Trailers Bean Squared model. Outside of the price, it seemed to hit all of the marks I wanted. I was looking to create my own but health issues made me realize it was a bigger project than I could do at this point. Made the move to building a van instead.

It is the Fiberine 24" transit top. I looked at the 24" bubble top but since I was putting solar panels on, the bubble top make is much harder. Transit top has a much flatter design across the top.
