    Paint you own Hardtop

If you are doing it for heat reasons, you might consider a special thermal barrier product like Bus Kote: http://www.hytechsales.com/prod2150.html If Gr8Tops doesn't get Jeff Scherb's Safari Cab finished pretty soon, I'll end up doing my factory hard top.

Suspension setup for Expedition travel in a 2005 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited

    Dual battery setup

Are you using the 120A Rated SI series ACR? I was considering using #7622 ML series ACR version rated for up to 500A continuous/1100A cranking (with sufficiently heavy wire) to eliminate the need for a separate manual battery joining switch. It has a remote switch for Isolate/Auto/Join with a...

    Dual battery setup

Almost exactly what I am planning. I have the Kilby kit on the shelf. Other than than A/C work and the PCM move, did you need to do any physical reconfiguration to fit the Sears P1s vs. the Kilby-spec G34 Optimas? What do you think of using this BlueSea fuse mounted right at the alternator...

    Dual Battery Install Complete

Kilby has a dual battery tray kit (designed for Optima Batteries but I will be checking to see if it will work w/ Odyssey/Die-Hard Platinums) with a replacement A/C line that moves the accumulator over toward the engine to provide sufficient space. I have the kit, but have not installed it yet...

    OBA Install on 05+ Tacoma

Nice setup. My Puma just came today. :wings: Just a word warning ... Be sure to keep the water separator completely drained if you go anywhere with close to freezing temps. Otherwise that pretty sight tube there (at least) will likely crack, leaving a "leak" at best, or even no usable air...

    "cordless" engine block heaters.

Going to a 5w-40 oil vs. a 15w-40 oil should help too. Shell Rotella T6 Synthetic ($20/gal at Walmart), Mobil Delvac 1 ESP 5W-40, or Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel Truck are all 5W-40 Diesel-rated Synthetics.
