Made a huge sausage, bacon and spinach quiche. First hunk is pretty good. It gets better in the fridge after a few days.

I have to admit, that being nomadic doesn't allow for a garden. That is a shame. However, today I grilled some chicken titties. Made some red beans and rice and and now I am fat and happy.

Round 2 of meat sauce is tri color Rotini with one meatball. Garlic toast too.

Made a big batch of meat sauce marinara. Pound and a half of ground sausage, pound and a half of burger made into meatballs, lots of tomato stuff, onions, garlic, red pepper, mushrooms and all the Italian spices. Going to simmer all day in the slow cooker.
