If you are talking about the interior walls, they are just 12"x12" carpet tiles over rigid foam. I like the carpet for the walls, but i f I had to do over again, I would probably put carpet over a 1/4" sheet of wood and attach that to the walls.
The drawer faces and boxes are aluminum. Friends of mine made them. We went with all aluminum for weight and space savings. Non-drawer cabinets are plywood with melamine.

I just trimmed 3/16" off one side of my slide to make it easier to use given my carpeted walls. Very easy. Circular saw and a guide. The front wood piece unscrews easily, but there is a piece of angle aluminum on the front. The screws go through that piece. You might be better off trimming off...

Here are a few photos of the furnace. It is mounted to the framing. A friend of my did the install. He is an authorized dealer for Truma. Check out AT Overland toppers for similar Truma installs. The Varioheat furnace works well by the way. I slept in 12F and was comfortable.
