It's JD2 or JD squared model 32 bender. Yes other sizes can be done with purchase of desired die size. Yes can be used for bumper. 2x0.25" is typically max size for people to manually bend.

Thanks for the compliments. The trailer is 10 1/2 feet from tongue to tail. The extra length has made backing up a lot easier! -
