You should be able to use the load, like that if youd like. They usually have some settings, like only being "live" if collecting solar, or all the time. Also be mindful of fuses and load. As I doubt it has a high rating.

I am not sure i would use WD-40, these heaters suck a lot of dirt into them. A dry lube would work better. I would start with a good cleaning, getting any built and packed dust out of it. And check the bearings, does it wiggle/ have play when it shouldn't?

A lot of those type showing up, I have thought about them for the ZR2. Lonepeak, dirtbox, OVS makes one, Also, Duck HOA's. they really suck.

May end up being your best bet, with the starcraft. Hard to say though, the tops can get spendy. Could possibly pull yours and take it in for them to use as a guide. + you could get windows, etc added where of if you wanted them. I have not done that, but know folks on here have done so...
