What materials are used to make the box portion of the truck in NZ? Could you find a box truck with an aluminum framed box and use foam board? Some box's in the US are also made with uninsulated composite panels.

Maybe beating a dead horse but 1/2 ton campers work best when they don't have all the amenities crammed into them. If someone wants more creature comforts, get a larger truck and camper.
