Hiya. After weighing everything out out, I didn't do heated floors. I did 1.5" foam board with 1/2" marine ply. Camped a lot of nights at the ski hill using a diesel heater and don't regret not doing heated floors.

The main thing to consider is that you will need a custom box subframe on that type of truck. If you can design it to be somewhat universal so that it matches up to the frame rails on the next truck you may be able to transfer it over.
