Driver walk away with no injuries, thats the main thing. There was no one in passenger seat.
No obvious damage to camper, roof goes up down, all systems completely functional. Small crack where the scrub hit the awning cover. New cab and back on the road.

Any idea of how that happened? As when you drive in those conditions you go slow. That damage looks like a faster speed impact.

I saw this on Casey Ladelle's channel the other day too. I was wondering how fast he had to be going to do that! Looks like good weather and good road.

Very sad. Beautiful rig totalled.

Just watched the video. It seems they were moving at some speed on a forest road. And the passenger front tire edged off the road where there was a drop off. This forced the truck off the road at reasonable speed.

Since I have a cabover, I learned not to go so fast on forest roads that seem to be rather smooth.

It does not take a genius to decide "we are not in a hurry"

At a slower speed, the driver may have had options.
