Made a couple of pans of Shepard's pie. One for me, one for my buddy.
Three pounds of already cooked shredded beef from Costco.
Onions, garlic and spices. Simmer for a bit, then add some tomato paste.
Add some beef broth and simmer some more. Add a couple of tablespoons of flour to help thicken
Finally put in the vegetable medley with peas, corn and carrots.
Top with mashed potatoes and parmigiana cheese, into the over for 40 minutes.
Didn't have any as I wasn't too hungry , but went in the fridge to firm up and sit overnight.
