Dinner tonight is part of a grilled chicken breast with some black beans and rice.
This one had some Cayenne pepper on it to give it some zip.
The other half will be put into a burrito with some of the rice,

Grilled up a couple of pork chops for dinner.
Mine I cut in half and am having with beans and rice with applesauce.
Other half will most likely end up in a tortilla.

Dinner tonight is leftover chicken breast and black beans and rice made into a burrito.
It's a big one. Washed down with another free Pacifico, I've had 6 of the 18 pack I found.

Sunday breakfast is two fried eggs on toast with bacon.
Apple juice to wash it down.

Dinner tonight is leftover pork chop and the last of the black beans and rice, with applesauce.

I'm cheating here with this one.
But, we have been in transition from our summer spot to our winter digs.
So no grilling.
We spent a night in Payson, AZ. at the indian casino there.
We do this every year for at least 6 years now.
There is a really good BBQ place called Rim Country BBQ, and for a few years we have got the sampler.
Which comes with brisket, ribs, pulled pork, sausage and turkey. Along with 5 sides of beans, corn, potato salad, coleslaw and mac and cheese.
This is leftovers of brisket and potato salad made into a sammich.

Sunday breakfast today is two eggs over easy, a couple of slices of Canadian Bacon on toasted marble rye.

Dinner tonight is a 1/4 pound hot dog, pan fried.
Ran out of Costco hot dogs so bought a pack of Hebrew National 1/4 pound dogs.
My god, they are expensive compared to Costco, a 4 pack was $10.
Still a good dog. Washed down with some DR. Pepper.

Dinner tonight is a burrito using some meatloaf and three pepper Colby Jack cheese.
More free Pacifico to wash it down.

Outstanding diet my friend. A home run with my kinda food. Nothing goes to waste. Make something new and original with leftovers every night till itz all gone and move on to another adventure for your taste buds. Bravo !
