I'm cheating here with this one.
But, we have been in transition from our summer spot to our winter digs.
So no grilling.
We spent a night in Payson, AZ. at the indian casino there.
We do this every year for at least 6 years now.
There is a really good BBQ place called Rim Country BBQ, and for a few years we have got the sampler.
Which comes with brisket, ribs, pulled pork, sausage and turkey. Along with 5 sides of beans, corn, potato salad, coleslaw and mac and cheese.
This is leftovers of brisket and potato salad made into a sammich.
