Back on the trailer to get all the wiring done. Getting very close to lift off. Wiring is by a custom hotrod shop, so it's getting done right. A lot going on in the engine compartment.

That's what I was wondering, if you could mount the controls for the top, anywhere. Nice idea on the safe.

Superbuickguy, To be honest, I've never heard any negative talk about either product. I poke around the hotrod forums, that use a lot of Lizard Skin and haven't read anything but good. I'll report back in a couple more years!

That's a good one, you must of looked at my build. :) Still in the garage, but getting close. 4 years now so far.

MotoDave, I've been following a long with you, doing great! I used the Lizard Skin products on my FJ55, inside and out, in the doors, under hood and it really deadens the sound. Also used the LZ ceramic coating to cut down heat. The company doesn't recommend using their products as a bedliner...

Thanks Guys, It's a work in progress, for sure. It's been four years so far, hopefully this Summer she'll be running.

Haven't seen any FJ55's yet, so here's my 71. Still not ready for the trails, but getting close.

I'm with Herbie, on that one. Good practice to make sure the threads are right, before using the bolt.
