I'm going to sit on it for awhile. The Jeep still does and goes everywhere I've wanted to go. AEV has the Nth degree belly up, that doesn't require a body lift, as well as the Tereflex model. I may just do the OME as they are so widely liked. Thanks again. I seem to have more time than money...

I've been looking at lifting my TJ up about 1.5" from stock, and I found a company that has a 1" spring lift for it. I'm not sure if the 350.00 and change would be worth chumping out. I"m running the stock Jeep alt. at about 120amp at speed. I've concidered bigger alts and dual batteries, but have not the cash to do it all at this time. Soooo I thought I'd start with the reservior and work from there. Mayne:D

I'm curious about sealing the seams on a build like this. Would a simple seam sealer/wax compound be whats needed? Or, is there some secret handshake club trick to it? Also where to get a good window matterial? I have a contact for a guy that will sew the matterial up for me, so assembly isn't...

I get a pretty consistent average in my 05 TJ. With the rack on I get 200 to 210 miles per 14 to 15 gallons. With out the rack I get about 220 to 225 per the same amount. I seem to get about the same towing, but that is usually highway, and the other mileage is a mix. Mayne
