With 64K miles on it I hope it is not the "factory" alignment still. I would start with the simple stuff. I agree with Jeff swap the tires front to back and see if the vibration changes, not resolved but see if it changes. Next I'd grease the driveshaft fittings and see if that changes it...

The combination of Crawler and Expo is what I am shooting for with mine.
