Not very expo, but figured you guys would be entertained...

Mark, I would say probably so, simply 'cause I don't know if you could even get a 'monster' truck like yours into the EU anymore. :sombrero: Maybe a Range Rover or Cayenne would be more along your lines? According to the current exchange rate this thing goes for approx $39k, (incl delivery in EU).

    Pictures of "do-everything" trailers please!

Nice trailers, MIhunter and Mark! Me likey the re-purposed U.S. M101s. That's a great size box for a utility/do-all trailer.

Not very expo, but figured you guys would be entertained...

EDIT: Anymore trailers like this that I run across will be added to this thread. Anyone finding cool, modern, avant-garde trailers for glamping feel free to post 'em up in this thread as well. The Opera Trailer - http://www.ysin.co.uk/ Very nautical-themed design with obvious Sydney Opera...

    Tanos Systainer boxes???

You do realize you've just become ExPo's Systainer Expert and we do expect future reports... :sombrero:

    Tanos Systainer boxes???

Agreed on the toughness factor. Hard is nice, but there's a certain amount of flexibility required for a plastic case to be really tough and not brittle, breakable, or easily pierced. The Systainers look to have a pretty cool modular/stacking 'add-on' design, but they look like they would be...

    How I spent my weekend...

They were great. Fresher is always better in regards to fish, right? There's just something about cooking up filets you caught two hours ago that no restaurant can match. That part of the thread was actually way back in February. That was a good trip. Looking forward to doing it again soon.

    How I spent my weekend...

Stephanie loaded us all onto a open trailer with wooden benches behind a big Polaris UTV and took us up to the facility. Not sure what we were expecting, but for some people the operation was bigger than imagined, and others thought it was smaller. One thing that got everybody's attention was...

    How I spent my weekend...

Garrison Brothers Distillery - http://www.garrisonbros.com/garrison_brothers_sit_and_sip_tours.html I went there yesterday morning with my friends Vickie & Jeff. We just missed the 10am tour, so we hung around. The entry to the property has an old 1-room house that's been set up as a staging...

What are you trying to say, Pat?.. :xxrotflma And you say I'm nuts? I know Bob's been entertaining ideas for the graphics design to apply to the sides.

The Time Has Come: My GX build

Flagster, TexGX nailed it on the head. The FrontRunner 'WindCheetah' rack is not a cheapie by any means, but it can be added onto like nobody's business. All the flat cross-members have T-slots for bolting on all their accessories, including tent mounting. Get with Paul May at Equipt...

SoCal Teardrops Krawler 459 - Enhancements

So much  in one thread... Dave - That is seriously cool that they can retrofit those storage bins. More people need to think like that! How rigid is the free-standing awning in windy conditions? I'm sure once you attach the sides and stake the bottom corners down it's pretty stable...

tell me your opinion of this trailer....

"Made to pull behind Gold Wing motorcycle or small car. Sleeps two people. Approx. weight 150 lbs., twelve inch tires. Trailer box is 40 x 48 in." I think the platform is the only possible place to sleep, and it looks like there is a zippered entry on the one side. Hard to tell how sturdy the...

Skersfan's New Shuttle Pod Trailer Build...

As noted by cnynrat, the rubber coating was applied to the roof to provide a continuous, one-piece, non-leaking, sealed layer for the entire top. I believe the fiberglass sheet was glued directly onto sides. I'm sure each panel was applied as one giant sheet against the already-installed...
