From our in house calculations using the high efficiency Powerfilm 60 Watt foldable solar panels produce enough power to run an Engel 45 fridge for 24 hours.
The panel puts out 3.4 amps per hour in full and partial sun light light. We calculate for 8 hours of full sun plus shoulder hours in the...

We rely on our smart chargers to do the equalization, but in reading about doing it manually there seems to be various methods of doing it.
One of the methods is:
"An equalizing charge for a 12 volt battery requires that it be charged with a voltage of at least 14.4 volts for a period...
AT sells this product plus other great tire tools see http://www.adventuretrailers.com/tirerepair.html
We also do in depth video clinic on how to use them, see http://www.adventuretrailers.com/tireclinic.html
Thanks to everyone for your input.
The information has me scratching my head and thinking a lot.
I too know people who have put in long blocks and had engine failures on them, sometimes multiple failures on multiple long blocks. It seems to be a matter of finding the right re-builder.
Doing...
It's best to just have the 110 volt coming directly out of the inverter, rather than having remote plugs. The reason being you don't want to have any moisture getting into the 110 system, ad you don't want there to be any shorts. As you add to the system the likelihood of this happening increases.

Everything with the exception of the Warn Pullz All can be run on 12 volt. That is the most efficient way to charge cell phones, iPods, cameras, computers, etc.
LED lights have very little draw and can be found in 12 volt. and USB unit that transform from 12 volt to 5.4 volt are...
I don't know if there is a FAQ on this or not.
I'd need to know more about what you want to achieve with a 110 volt system before I could advise you further.
Are you talking about running the system off a shore based 110 volt source, plugging into 110 at an organized camp ground say, or are...
It's never hauled a heavy trailer, the parts to wire the 7 pin are still in a little plastic bag.
Bought it off someone on the Portal, from what I was told it was well treated. No tell tale signs that it wasn't.
What started out as a ticking, progressed to a knocking, and metal shavings in the oil shows that the engine is terminal. It's a 2001 Ford F250 Diesel with 155K, so it's less than halfway through its life span and I've only owned it for 3 months.
I've been trying to work out what the best thing...
It's the reality of manufacturing, we prototype a lot of products with success and then come up against issues that make production problematic. Normally you don't hear about them because they end up as R&D one off's that we either sell or rob for parts.
This project was well on the way to the...
Well it's always best to ask the manufacturer directly when you have questions like this. I don't always catch all the threads on the forum so questions may go unanswered.
We have sourced the material from Australia and have had samples of the material air-freighted over. The next step it to...
