The newer Tacoma’s have a composite bed, and a built in track that runs on the inside of the bed rail. We make a clamp that slides into the track and clamps onto the AT FlipPac.

Think about having a window on the passenger side and leaving the other side solid. That way you can build out the solid side with storage, kitchen, water tank, shower, etc.
I would recommend two smaller fridges rather than one very large one. That way you can run one as a fridge and one as a freezer.
Engle or National Luna are the way to go for bigger fridges. NL. has great units with both fridge and freezer compartments.

I have owned a few Subies and loved them.
They are the most popular vehicle in our town, the poorman's Land Cruiser.
However the newer ones seem to have an issue with the head gasket blowing. It an expensive fix.
If you do a search I think you will read about a lot of dissatisfied customers...

Yes I understand completely, the other side of the coin would be buying the components and paying for or doing the installation to find out it had been placed incorrectly.
If the components are not placed exactly its a serious issue.

I have the furnace mounted in a steel box with all the hole cut for the gas, air inlet and outlet, and the combustion side air intake and exhaust.

Firestone is the biggest manufacturer of airbags in North America. As far as I know they do not make air shocks
Some air shock manufacturers use the air bags as parts in their air shock assembly. I don't believe the air shocks we use have a Firestone bag.
Partner Steel has solved the issue of the bars being spaced too wide apart.
Brunton makes a wonderful stove, our testing of it showed it to be very heavy on propane consumption.
