I thought the same thing at first, but, they are in Chile... i've never been there and i can only imagine that it's hard to find a parts store around the corner with an aftermarket cooler, line, hose clamps and extra PS fluid.
Does that iPad mount get in the way of the passenger? I really like that! Always was wondering about if a regular iPad was just too big, and it appears that the mini is perfect.
I'm also assuming you can move the iPad closer to the center dash and kind of out of the way of the passenger...
I'm sure getting your hands on a cooler are probably the hardest part. If you can, having the same type of cruiser as you, they are really easy to install.

Mind me asking what software you use for your time-lapse? the Gopro has a time lapse setting but once i download the 400 pictures.... i don't know how to get them to sequence and play.

It's funny how attached to your vehicle you get, especially on trips like these. Last summer I drove from NC out to CA and back taking some long ways around, Moab, Rubicon trail, ect... and i found when i got home almost all my pictures had my truck in them...
