I bought a '12 Tacoma TRD Off-Road last year and love my truck so far. I've put on a 3" Old Man Emu lift kit, sliders, bigger tires and a camper shell. Very happy I bought the TRD Off-Road. The locker, better seats (over the sr-5), ATRAC system made it worth it for me to get the off-road.

Thoughts? I didn't even expect these to last this long. Nobody who throws a lot of weight up top wants these? They would be perfect for a RTT...that's why I picked them up....

Well, finally got in writing from SnugTop that the bolts are supposed to go through the honeycomb. Tracks are being installed Friday, so hopefully I will be good to go after that. I will post pictures and start a little build thread here once things get going.

Thats what would make the most sense to me, I hope the hole would line up well, and if not I could just waterproof the existing hole and drill a new one. I know from all my damn Architectural Engineering classes about loading the sides vs the top...who would have thought that would come in...
