That was at the southernmost end of Anza Borrego Desert State Park. Just a hop, skip, and jump from the Mexico border. This is typically the prime time to go to the desert, but we've been getting an unusually high amount of rain lately. We just happened to get perfect weather that weekend.

I have an idea that I'm working on, that should be very cheap, but very clean. If I can pull it off, it might be the perfect solution for the Mombasa / Camping Lab RTTs.

This is a brand I had never heard of, and I don't get why this Roof Rack would cost nearly $2000. I posted it up to see what others had to say, if anyone had ever heard of them - or owned one, or could justify the price. I would love to have a Low-Profile rack like this one for my FJ62, so I...

If I had to build my trailer all over again from scratch, the hinge is one of the main things that I would change. I used the same type of hinge that you're looking at (McMaster Carr # 11785A33). It does the job. It supports the weight. It doesn't bind. What it DOES DO is rust like a ********...

These are the exact clearance lights I used: http://www.innovativelight.com/round-2-led-sidemarker-clearance-light_p_1475_11520_4.cfm I used Amber in the front, Red in the back. The only complaints that I would have about the Camping Lab tent would also apply to every other RTT on the market...

That's what I was thinking! I could probably get Adam at 4xInnovations to make me one for around $300. I don't see any possible way that they could justify $1500+ for that rack.
