I’m pro gun and never leave home without something. What’s all the fuss about though? Bring what you like. Don’t speed, don’t text and drive and please use your turn signals.
I carry a Marlin 45-70 SBL and Ruger Alaskan .454 when I travel. And maybe a baby Glock 9mm for the rest areas...
Yes, these guys bring up some very valid points. The hassle of bringing a second motorized vehicle outside of the US is a hassle. Adds double the time, paperwork and fees. Inside the U.S. I'll most likely never leave home without a secondary mode of wheels. Here's why.
I tried to link up...
Here in Michigan the municipality signs off on the mechanics lien, or whatever we call it, after the auction if nobody bids/buys to which the tow company no longer has to pay certain fees to the state, the local municipality or anyone else with a vested interest in the vehicle/vessel. This is...
Check out post #141 from PICS of your bike on your vehicle. I believe Willywalderbeast has one on a Tacoma. Give him a PM. I'm currently browsing for options and don't actually have one. Sweet little G310 GS he has too. Jonturgeon I'll give you a great deal on a TW200...
Hello from the east side of the State. I like your routine and your rig. I do something similar, but more so to exercise the genny in my puny Class B. Turn on a movie and plug in a portable heater when it's -0. My neighbors must think I'm a little off.
Yep and I showed her that picture from the Sexiest Jeep ever thread. She said it looked bad azz and wished it would have came out a year ago. Now all I have to do is wait until my son gets his license so I can pass along my current vehicle. 10 years is a long time to wait though.
Apply whatever applicable reason for a vehicle or vessel to be impounded to a tow lot. Guy has no license, arrested for drunk driving, abandoned on the roadway or seized in a drug forfeiture. Doesn't matter. A tow can easily cost close to $300 bucks even if you try to pick it up a half hour...
Can you give me an example. I can’t see any of these items having a lien except maybe that one boat. Maybe I’m missing something so obvious.
Storage fees going to the tow lot on top of the bid price? Or is it the towing yard that is having their assets seized and sold. I can’t see the value...
Interesting timing of your post. I had never heard of this edition. Yesterday my wife was trying to explain a Jeep she saw on the road. Thought it said MOA. I'm thinking it's just some geek printing minute of angle on his hood. Now it all makes sense. Yes, my wife thought it looked pretty hip.
I’ve never been happier to see a pic of two total strangers. Tomorrow I’m ordering a Garmin InReach and possibly creating an IG account or at least rescinding my request to my wife about deleting hers.
Maybe edit your thread title heading: Missing / last seen in Baja.
It might attract more folks who know Baja, are in the area, or just got back from there to read your thread. Check that Extensive Baja Trip for ROFs. Reach out to some of those people. Here's to hoping your friend just...
The scary thing is that tactical bacon is $31.15 for a 9 ounce can on Amazon. The evil part is that it's Yoders canned bacon with a different label which sells for $24. So, a $7.15 difference because of that word printed on the label. I have not consumed either one.
