I added a handle to help in pulling up the door. Once the latches are undone, it is much easier to pull then handle than bending and pulling on the plastic latches.
Be sure to have a HD rivet gun and not a hand "squeeze" type . I squared mine to the top of the roof frame.

Smaller tires and wheels are cheaper and lighter. I think some people put on large tires with no thought of how they are going to change it. Like getting a 35" tire up inside a pickup bed on a lifted truck.
Another project I'm thinking about is a rear camera so we can see what is behind us when inside. The main concern is bears when we are in Alaska and Canada. Don't want to open the door blind and get surprised. Two legged predators ,of course are a concern as well.

I found some rivets that were not seated as well as large gaps between the aluminum "belly"pan and the frame. I sealed the gaps with silicone.
Tomorrow I'll will be running 12VDC up to the "headboard" part of the trailer . I don't think I can get AC power into the cabin without major work...
