Absolutly, Most of the the interior is all MOLLE pouches and such, I didn't want to do shelves or racks because I wanted to leave the rear cargo area open at all times so I can load and unload whatever gear and equipment I may need for whatever I am setting out to do, be it SCUBA diving...
