    A body expert will see things you never saw. I'd have a dealer do it assuming they do body work..most around here do not. Just because they are certified from LR to work on rovers doesn't mea n they know a thing about body work

    We replaced it because its in the thermostat housing so we did it now rather than later

    Pulled thermostat housing off....there was no thermostat in the truck! Put one in with new gasket, and put in new fan switch. Replaced a heater hose andfilled with advance auto brand 50/50 coolant. Runs great now!

    The fan is not coming on. I will be replacing thermostat and fan switch today. If that does nothing I will replace with chevy s10 fan clutch (as reccomended by LR service manager) How do I get all of the air out of the system?

    Installing OEM thermostat and a fan switch tonight. We will see how it goes!

    I'll order a new hose..I don't believe its the radiator because when on highway air is moving through enough to cool the truck down. Possible its the thermostat I guess

    Went wheeling for a bit today and noticed temp gauge was at top whiye line..I proceeded to get on the road running about 45mph and temp came down becausr of air moving through rad..what could be causing this?     How big of a job is to remove likage and clean and lubricate? I believe that's what needs to be done..it seems to only go into high or low but not lock

    And if it is seized what would need to be done? I don't want to break it to get it locked..so I just push forward and to the left correct?

    It is definately shifting from high to low..just not sure if its locking because a light has not illuminated
