recently purchased a 65 lb kayak , want to carry on thule or yakima rack top of my 2k Northstar 650 popup, however the roof seems/feels a little weak.
Does anyone have any experience with carrying anything on a Northstar popup ?

this won't sit well with many of you , I have used HF multi meters for years, I have one in both my vehicles in my camper and my shop.
I realize they're not necessarily for commercial use but for all my needs they are fine, @ $3.99 each hard to beat.
I live in Pagosa and concur on la-veta and Wolf Creek but are brutal if you're dragging something.
My old 250 6.8 with a Northstar camper pulling two ATVs I never get out of third.

Ford modular engines are very reliable , I picked up a 00' F-250 4*4 ccsb 6.8 w/Northstar 650 Pop up in very good condition for 11k.
With a little research you will find they're quite desirable.
