    2005 F-450 4x4 Utility Body w/ Starcraft Pine Mountain Lonestar Pop-top Camper

New cell signal booster installed. I had previously removed the rear false panel of the center console, to make room for the Goal Zero 1400 to sit in front of the rear seat. This made a perfect spot to mount the cell booster. I went with a Wide-Band Panel Antenna, to be able to boost signal into...

BeefCake's build...a roll your own Earthroamerish family expo rig

Not a bad idea. With your tire size, that would be a big problem; deflation. I can get away with deflation and rolling on internal bumpstop, if just to be able to get off the hwy. I have little tires. [emoji23] Still thinking about going super single big tire, but have to think more on it...

BeefCake's build...a roll your own Earthroamerish family expo rig

Dodge 5500 uses the same setup as my Ford F450 pictured, with slight variation to the bracketry. You are just running more bag than bracketry for your lift. Be sure the extra bag length doesn't cause "banana bag" over time or under lower pressure, and rub any steel. An issue I have seen happen...

No issues with mine. Rarely even have to wipe them off.

Yeah, I'm aware of the diameter change advantage. Truck has new tires all around, due to very aged original tires. Only has 45K original miles. My concern is running the larger tire on such a narrow stock rim, then not being able to air them down at all. Sounds like a cost and project...

They are great looking rims. Had to get away from the plentiful Moabs look. Couldn't pass these up.

The old cell booster doesn't power-up any longer. It is a 3g. I have a new weBoost Drive 4G-X to install. Should be by next week. I've run the non-truck version in my Jeep GC for a couple years now; very happy with it. The V10 is a great motor. There is a reason they are used in so many shuttle...

2010 Jeep WK Grand Cherokee Limited Build

Thank you!! I've been really happy with the HitchGate; little to no movement at all. I did add a hitch stabilizer as well, to lock it in the receiver as much as possible. My radio does have the detachable headunit as well. Haven't begun tackling the install yet, but soon. I will look into the...

Advice Needed:: Tacoma owner considering a ZR2

As stated in a much earlier post. I have driven the diesel. It is a slug and sounds like a desperate tractor. Haven't drive one since, and not missing it at all. My 3 daily drivers of these fleet trucks have complained about poor power, but they are stuck with them until they get cycled out as...

Will see how they do. The cheapie 9" LEDs are bright as F. But, the upper lights are coming down soon. Needed another set of lights on the bumper. I could remove the amber/fog covers from the 9", and add amber covers to the KCs as well. Options

Light upgrade on the big rig, KC LED Flex pods. Added an aluminum bar across the two ARB Bull Bar light mount tabs. Very secure setup. I'll be removing the upper/camper LEDs; never really like them up there.

Advice Needed:: Tacoma owner considering a ZR2

It's funny to me how much value everyone is putting into a diesel in a mini truck. There is little to no advantage of diesel over gas in a small, non-towing truck. And, willing to pay a premium price point for it. The Colorado diesel is a slug. You have to spend even more $$$$ to tune it and...
