2- 6 volt batteries or large 12 volt battery

For any noobs, that is www.IH8MUD.com Exactly Phil. When I buy a true AGM deep cycle battery, I discharge them to zero volts (hook it up and leave your headlights on over night). Then charge with an old direct slow (2AMP) charger and once at around 6 volts, then switch to a smart trickle...

2- 6 volt batteries or large 12 volt battery

Jess, I would be interested in knowing more about the 2 Optimas that crapped out on you. What age, both the same type, are they deep cycle, etc. Unusual to see two crap out unless something was left on for a long time and drew them down a bunch or hooked up wrong. What was hooked up to them and...

Cooking in the snow in the AZ Strip - May 2010 I like the idea! We went to bed with a howling wind and cold and woke up to snow. The little white dots are the snow, and the shivering of the photographer indicates the cold and the blurred shot. French toast and breakfast sausages by...

    OME Nitrocharger Sport shocks?

I had the previous OME shocks and suspension on my 73 series and now the new Sport Nitro ones and OME suspension on my 77. Gotta say I love the ride. Will let you next summer how they do on corrugated roads as I maybe off to Baja again for a tough run of trails.:costumed-smiley-007

After over a year with the 77, she has worked out quite well for me. Almost palatial inside, all the gear works well with her and the fuel economy is to die for. 7.5L/100km = 31.4 mpg US gal or 37.7 mpg Imp gal!:costumed-smiley-007

Good question Robert. My tires are also above 30 psi (40+). The pressure you run your tires at normally is not affected by which pressure range Staun you get. The pressure range of the Staun deflator, should be in the range you wish to deflate to when doing say, sand, wash boards, rocky trails...

No they are not the HD ones as per your link. But yes there are four brass deflators in the set with a pouch and instructions (have added a photo just to be clear). The title in Post #1 describes them as well post # 11 (red section), and post #14, hope that clears things up! Let me know if you...
