This is on my mind too. I'm going on a solo camping trip next month and will be sleeping in the back. It's silly that there is no latch inside.

Thanks! The old body bushings were in tact but glazed and stiff. The bushings on the links were cracked and hard as a rock.

Good eye. I didn't tighten them until I put the wheel back on and got it back on the ground so the LCA would compress to its resting height.
The instructions suggested tightening until the bushings bulge slightly and then back off 1/4 turn.
Definitely used a jack stand :) Just couldn't see...
Links and bushings replaced. Immediate improvement!
I made a rookie mistake and took off the front wheel. I realized my foolishness as I was jacking up my LCA to bring it up close enough to get the bolt for the sway bar link on.

Sometimes the cheapest mods are the best. I picked up a rechargeable, 27 LED closet light with a motion sensor.
I mounted it to my hatch using the supplied 3M magnetic strip. It works like magic and comes on when I open the hatch...
This is genius. Most diy slides I've seen are two sets of angle iron. One to hold the slides upright and another to hold the fridge mounting surface.

This has occurred to me too. I've got plenty of room in my suburban to open the lid because I don't have any sort of drawer system or anything yet.

I just picked up a second hand ARB 50qt fridge. I currently have it secured using a small ratchet strap.
Are there any compatible slides beside the $300+ ARB one? I'm sure it's well made. But sheesh.
