Helpful tip with aluminum ladders - Spray the friction points with Pledge to make them operate buttery smooth. The little Giant Rep shared that tip with me after I noticed his demo ladder operated so much better than our ladders at work ;)
I wish that it came with 3.73's because I would have swapped those long ago! The 4:30's are just good enough to get by on 33" tires which has caused a long delay ;)

According to the door code it has 4:30 gears. My truck came with the large tire package which apparently has deeper gears.

The wide top of the Flip-pac and its height do have a function (more room), I understand it has to be taller than the cab so that it can pivot over and have a level platform, but it does look ugly!
