We had a a wet muddy adventure at the Canyonlands Maze District over the weekend. It was beautiful, cold and harsh camping conditions, but it was fun and we learned a lot about surviving out there.

We just got back from another adventure. This time we travelled to California to the Joshua Tree National Park, where we camped and did the trails for 2 days. Then some of us stayed an extra day to check out the BLM land to the north of the park and the old mines there.

Trying to get seats that fold forward and thinking of going either of these routes.

We bought an XJ over the summer and started working on building an expedition vehicle; namely one that we can sleep in if the weather or other condtions warrent it.

We just bought a new tent and found that our 2 Twin inflatable mattressess don't fit, so we're looking into the 'Self-Inflating' Sleeping Pads available in many stores. (We've needed to pare down for some time, so the tent size is a good thing!).
