I may have hit the sweet spot with my setup. I have 18" compomotives on my 2013 LR4 with 265/65R18 Goodyear Silent Armors. Tires are fairly quite, 41.7 pounds, plenty aggressive for the off roading I have done.
At stock height they don't really rub. I can get them to kiss if I really...
I'd be more interested in the pictures of the damage than how it looks repaired/new. My rear cargo area already has some good battle scars. I am not going to worry about it though. What did they put in the back and what parts got damaged?
I would imagine the side plastic would take the...
I would probably want it to open to the side, so that the rear tailgate is still useful and wouldn't interfere with the bottom of the tent, or make it weird to get into the back or anything.
I would like to avoid mounting it on top of cross bars if possible, just to avoid making it taller...
Would my voyager low profile full rack work with something like a a big eeziawn series 3 or family roof top tent? Would I have to support it from under? Could I just mount it to the side bars?
Here is another shot with some flooring, but just to show its shape a little more.

is every 5,000 miles really necessary? What is reasonable on something like an LR3/4? I assumed the boots (in good condition) would prolong this a bit more?
Please educate me though, I don't know everything.
Ok. Not my taste, but good to have options I guess. I don't see those as looking as natural on a trail or in the rough stuff.
You mean these right?
for comparison:
I can assure you that the compos are going to handle as much or more load than any OE land rover wheel. They are very over built. They designed them to run on the bowler wildcat and do the dakar. Pretty sure they will work for you.
This ^ ... +1
Welcome from me also. From what I have seen, Rover owners are more than willing to go out of their way to help. It's a great group in general.
Only starting in 2014. 2010-2013 LR4s, all had two speed transfer cases.
The HD pack on the other hand, had the rear e-diff and full sized spare. As of 2014, the hd pack also includes the two speed transfer case.
Figured I should add mine. I have a lot of projects left to do, but at least it is not stock.
