Nick's cove in the Cohutta Wilderness. During the night, two heavy thunderstorms came through. It sounded terrible, but the Tepui stayed warm and dry inside. There was just a little condensation under the mat.

Excellent setup! I can't wait to get mine back out to the woods. We have a big trip to Hunting Island SC. in September. I may get to do something sooner, but not sure yet. Vicariously I live through Expo! LOL

I decided against installing them on the outside. I installed tie down points all along the inside of the trailer, so they ride there now. K.I.S.S. I carry to much crap anyway. :)

Absolutely! Great find and great excuse to learn to strip rust, re-prime, paint, weld, bend, shape, mold and behold the new creation. Once you strip the paint, rust, or whatever, clean the metal with acetone. Then prime (rust reformer if needed - POR15 for bad rust) and paint. Good luck, I...
