We've got an older version of this Norcold. Ours is the DE751 and they replaced it with the NR751.
We've had it hard wired in our teardrop for 11 years now and it has worked efficiently, quietly and effectively. I have zero complaints with it.
We've towed the teardrop over 50,000 miles of...
I used the Canon SX50HS for years with great results. After it died I picked up Panasonic Lumix Fz300 and it's a great camera, dust resistant and splash resistant which is great for my hiking and kayaking

I haven't figured that out either. I usually just hit the destination on the map, add stops I want to see and add "stops" along the route to take me the way I want to go.

I've got a 2014 Tacoma and the ATRAC in it has worked flawlessly. It's a little noisy, and sounds scary the first few times it works, but I like it. With the rear locker on and ATRAC on it crawls over stuff pretty well.

We've use this Water Monitor from US Marine products on our 40 gallon tank in our teardrop. Works beautifully.

CALO was our go to vacation destination when we lived in Virginia. It's such a wonderful place to be. Thanks for sharing!

We have an access port on top of our 40 gallon tank. We have that because we do not have a drain other than the pump pickup. The access port allows us to clean and dry the tank when we put our teardrop in storage.
Our first port was thin plastic and prone to flexing and leaking. We replaced it...
Here's my vote for the Maxsa Escaper Buddies. We bought a pair off Amazon about 6 or 7 years ago. They're similar enough to the Max Trax that we just call them Faux Trax

That's a nice looking trailer. You're not the only one with a heavy expensive trailer. Our teardrop ran us a good 25k when we built it 11 years ago. We included the cost of every screw, bolt, glues and all the little pieces that I'm pretty sure most people don't add into their cost.
As for...

I put a pair of 2005-2012 Mustang hood louvers on my 2014 Tacoma. I bought them from American Muscle

They fit the Tacoma pretty well and they let out a ton of heat at slow speeds. I'm happy with this modification

Yes. Trailer came with brakes. Truck was wired for a brake controller. All I had to do was fish the wire out from under the dash and plug it into the controller I purchased. Easy peasy.

We tow with a 2014 Tacoma. We live in an EPro FD19. It is a 19 foot travel trailer that weighs 3200 dry and about 4200 loaded. Our Tacoma has had no issues pulling or stopping with the trailer. Going up steep hills can be a little slow, but I'm never in a hurry so I can deal with that...
