on my 1993 80 series the only coolant lines above the catalytic converter are for the rear heater. It's relatively easy to bypass those should you need to, google will be your friend for that.
This is a very nice setup and seems to be well built, I've seen it in person and was quite impressed.

This may be a silly question, but is the tent removable?

Edit: I got to zoom in on one of the pics, it looks like the tent is removable, but would leave a sort of skeleton framework on top of the trailer?
