The 2002 FWC Grandby's were a pretty good year.
If you want to PM me a link or pictures of the used Grandby you are looking at, I would be glad to give you some tips & tricks, and look over the pictures to maybe point out anything that doesn't look right.

If you have a forced air furnace w/ thermostat (factory installed style of furnace), that usually works in your favor a little.
If you are running a catalytic propane furnace, that might be the source of some of the condensation...

Here is a used Four Wheel Camper for a Scout.

Here are some old pictures I have saved.
Twist the black knob over to the "pilot" position.
Push the black knob all the way down so it goes as far down as possible.
Keep holding it down while you are trying to get the pilot light going.
