We've chatted a few. We're currently working with Navy Fed. There is also https://www.goodsamrvloans.com/, www.rvlendinggroup.com, seacoastbank.com, vernon@newcoast.com was great as well but can't do full time.
Somewhat correct... if you are full-timing it (you don't own or rent brick and mortar) you can deduct as well (as your primary).

We are close on finalizing the deal. Just pushing through the last requirements for our financing. Side note for prospective buyers, I've spent 40+ hours researching and talking with different lenders. Happy to chat if you are considering something like this EC (full timer or as a camper).
Location: San Diego, CA (North park area)
Price: $500
Description:
Used for one trip. We just sold our camping trailer and these will be a tad too large in our new rig. Great condition, extremely comfy and an awesome chair.

Spent a few hours chatting with the sellers when we were initially looking into ECs and can vouch for the sellers. A lot of time/thought has gone into their rig and the improvements mentioned. Every thing methodically thought through with intent on each purchase. We ended up pursuing an older EC...

Shoot me a message with your cell and I'll keep you in the loop. I believe the buyer is intending on taking the truck and trailer (he wanted to sleep on it/call my mechanic). I'll let you know today or tomorrow should that fall through.
Thanks guys! Gabriel, hope you enjoy the new bumpers.. gonna miss that look. We're working out the final details but this is looking like it is sold. Will update here as things transpire.
It is not an HD.
Also pending purchase for this weekend. Detailer coming tomorrow. If the guy flying in doesn't take it then I'll put updated pictures of the LR3 as it currently sits on Sunday.
Sounds good. There is a gentleman flying down this weekend to look at the LR3 and trailer as a combo package. I'll keep this thread updated as things happen.
ZGfiredude hit is spot on as I'm not a Jeep guy but I believe these are JK OEM wheels (?). They are Jeep OEM wheels for sure, though. The tires are KM2s but I'll have to swing by the storage unit to verify the size of the tires.
