I called and talked with Supreme Mfg. about this. Make the cut out about 3" smaller from the center of the thru/cab bolts. No additional support is necessary, the support from the cab is sufficient. You can find the edge molding on eBay or amazon. Good luck!

9500lbs here. Truetrac in the front and factory limited slip in the rear, we are extremely happy with this setup. Have put it through the paces on multiple terrains, although the majority of 4x4 time is in deep sand.

I am not sure... the first couple of tank fulls with my box, empty and 2wd were 14.2-.8. My first two tank fulls as 4x4 and built out have been 11.2mpg. I was hoping to be able to average 10mpg fully loaded, and feel this is a realistic number. I absolutely love the 6r140 6spd. I would think 11...
