The exterior composite is woven FRP and the foam is XPS. 1.8 inches thick and has an R7 insulation value.

Definitely not cheap material and not meant to be! I have not found a less expensive option without ordering a container, though.

The panels we are using are 200 watt panels instead of 100 watt panels, now! Glad your solar/battery set up has been working! Love seeing your photos!
