    Tundra Vs. Tacoma

Congratulations! I don't want to hear you complaining about on road traction and the cost of tires! (but a pic of a long cool highschoolish smoky burnout would not be turned down!)

    Tundra Vs. Tacoma

The 2000 to 2006 is the first gen Tundra and the 07+ is the second gen. I've got nearly 160,000 on mine now and would not hesitate to drive it cross country empty, full or towing a trailer. While I haven't towed anything more than a bass boat in recent years I have hauled Marks cargo trailer...

    Pictures of Camp Kitchens

IMG_2926 by jim65wagon, on Flickr There's the kitchen....a FirstUp Easy Up covers a home-built chuck box on a galvanized sawhorse stand; a Yeti Tundra cooler keeps food cold. A folding table is the cooktop and food prep side. We have aluminum boxes to keep dry food safe, and plastic stoge...

Past the point of no return...

Wow! At 4700 lbs with basic gear, your truck is lighter than mine unloaded! I think after this swap you should consider a V8...just because you're old and retired doesn't mean you have to be slow! Cool swap! Keep us posted.....and you should buy the wife a helmet so she doesn't hurt herself...

Top Reasons Why Your Wife/Girlfriend or Family Do Not Go On Trips with You?

No such problems here, my wife frequently plans trips for us and plans the meals. I can pack the truck after work, and the next morning we bug out. She enjoys being out as much as I do, but we both believe in those simple creature comforts that make life just feel special....you know, a good...

Four Wheel Camper - A Review

Summer did indeed zoom by all to quickly, doesn't it always? You captured some amazing images on your last couple of rides! Here I sit, fall coming on strong, the rack and water tank off the truck, no time off work, and all I can think about is how much I'd like to take another trip, somewhere...
