Jim is right. They WOULD NOT warranty mine, they did offer me a $10 discount on the unit that has a 45 degree limiter though....WOW....That being said they have a great product, I've had mine for over 6 years and it finally twisted to the point of no return a few weeks ago.

I just got off the phone with the manufacture and they are out of stock. I told them mine kinked really bad and they said that a new one is on its way but no time line.
