    Isuzu npr 4wd

I'm a bit confused as to how this new determination of yours will work. Maybe a CAD drawing or sketch would help...

I think their pricing is reasonable, given the value of the vehicle and the travel package they are offering.

Well, I don't know about that. The problem, as I see it, is that you need to carry different fuels if you go down that path. There's diesel for your truck, propane for your cooking and petrol for your generator. Personally, I don't see that as a good solution and that's why I initially changed...

I'm sorry, I have to chuckle in regards to this discussion. What seems to be lost here is comparing apples to apples. As much as the Victron Orion XS can potentially output 50A, it does not have to; you can easily configure it to output a lesser current. If charging from the alternator was the...

    Clutch Fluid location on a 1993 FG437

As far as I know, this has always been the case and is still true for newer models too. The reservoir is normally located on the side of the dash and accessible when you open the door.

    Ome Shock Absorbers

If your suspension travel is also going to increase as part of the lift, then you need to consider the maximum stroke length of the OEM shocks. This is why I said that the OEM shocks may no longer be fit for purpose.

Where do I start.... This guy is assuming you have the alternator directly connected to the LiFePO4 battery, as you might do with a lead acid battery. That would only be done by someone that knew nothing about charging lithium batteries (AKA - an idiot). Connecting an alternator directly to a...

    Ome Shock Absorbers

Your question is somewhat vague. What exactly do you want to know? Many people replace the OEM shocks when they upgrade their suspension. Not because the OEM ones are no good, but because they are no longer fit for purpose.

That's your opinion, and you are welcome to it, but I don't agree with you. As I have said before... it's your build and you can do whatever the hell you want.

If, as I expect, this wind turbine is not built to deal with vibration, it will simple fall apart if fitted to a vehicle. A DC/DC charger powered by the alternator would likely give you more reliable power at roughly the same cost.

Much less movement than what? I don't know what the legal requirements are in the US, but I would suggest using Niloc nuts, instead of plain nuts, on the bolts restraining the springs. Personally, I would also use a washer between the nut and the spring.

Are Isuzu and Fuso wheels interchangeable?

Mix and match them with what? As mentioned already, the offsets are different between the Isuzu and the Fuso, so super singles need to be for the specific make if you want the track to be the same on the front and rear. Edit: If you are unfamiliar with these super singles... The same rim is...

US 2WD NRR Build In Progress

When it comes to sound dampening expertise, I am no expert by any means, but in my personal experience with using Dynamat on my own truck (and some others) I was very happy with the noise reduction inside the cab after doing this modification. I can speak at normal volumes in the cab and have...

If your passthru is only for emergency use, I would simply use two separate doors. This would also negate any issues related to articulation between the cab and the camper body. Given that you have a luton peak, there would not be any weather related issues traversing between the cab and camper...

US 2WD NRR Build In Progress

This simple, and relatively cheap, modification will make a significant difference to the sound levels in the cab. Don't under estimate how much of a difference using something like Dynamat in the cab will make to the comfort level.
