Explain highway capable, a lot of the USA is 80mph now, is 80 mph + an achievable cruising speed?

I have a similar setup as your current. Rollup Alps table, medium Ridged box with pots, pans, cutlery, cups, dishes, paper towers, baby wipes etc. Similar single burner in its own case, Food generally goes in a crate.
These bins are super common in USA. Google up Orbis Tote and you can find several variations. We use these in our manufacturing plants and probably have more than a million totes moving around north america.
5l isn't much. My wife and I drink more than that a day. Gotta stay hydrated. We have an Outlander as well, great cars, limited on space.
