Doubtful, Its generally either the motor (worn out) or accumulator (leak) that take a crap. Neither of these comes in contact with brake fluid. Just remember, nothing is forever. Old parts fail at some point .

maybe in the crate. I've shipped 2 recently via greyhound, no crate, just wrapped. 71 lbs and 82 lbs. One for a Montero, the other for a 4Runner. With a steel cable winch it will be up around 150 total.

Looks like he doesn't have a winch. BTW ARB bumpers weigh closer to 80 lbs, not 150.

Plug kit, no problem. I worked in a Service Station from 1977 thru 1983 and probably plugged 1,000 tires. I carry a plug kit in my vehicle and have for many years.

I have 185K+ miles on my '05 (put more than 100K of those on it) and have not had the symptoms nor failure. I do have a new re-built HBB motor on my shelf thou, hopefully will never need to use it. IIRC some of the higher end Toyota & Lexus cars have the same system too.

As with anything, generally the lower the miles and the newer (years wise) the better. Of course that is not the only factor in a used vehicle evaluation.

GL4 only in the T-Case. Not GL5 -->GL4 compatible.

IIRC, the front differential internal carrier guts in a Gen 3 are the same 8" components used in Gen 1 (V6 5 speed) Gen 2 (SR & 5 speed) , 2.5... How about Galant VR4 AWD? Eclipes AWD? 3000GT VR-4? Lancer EVO? I'm not familiar with these thou. I know about the clutch pack LSD Starion 8"...

Any Hybrid LSD option for the front? I understand that the Pajero EVO had this? Can't be the only application....

I used Sunbrella Spectrum Graphite Fabric, which is water repellent, probably not water proof. I'm thinking it breaths ?
