Question, a number of these builds are using 3m VHB, is that the only method of adhesion? Or is it riveted/screwed with VHB in between?

It's not about being rich, it's about cash flow. It's quite common for people to pay 1000 bucks a month for a diesel truck, 400 for a side by side, and 400 for a toy hauler- That's $1800 as well.
