Here is a possible CHEAPER solution for a jerry can holder. This may be useful to some people, though I know many people may not go this route, but I believe sharing it, it may help a few people or it may give someone an idea to come up with something even better.

Post a pic of your set up. And how do you keep it powered continuously? Does come on automatically when you start your car? Or do you have to turn it on and off each time?
I have a new Garmin Nuvicam gps that comes with a dashcam and it records each time I crank the car and is always recording.
Awesome build. I love your home made maxtracks. I have thought of trying to make one too. I will go around some hardware stores and see what I can come up with.
