yes still available. it comes with mounting hardware that allows you to bolt onto a roof rack. Gutter rails alone will not work. Or you can bolt the mounts directly onto your shell.

No, I don't think it will fit a 35", but I will try on my other rig tonight and let you know.... pics of bottom part will come soon.
