It is a “farm” truck. It will be used to haul a tractor. About 10,000 lbs for the tractor and trailer. Also other farm stuff.

This is a 2012 Ram 3500. Stock tire was a 265/70/17. It is has a max load rating of 3195 pounds. The tire I am using is the 285/75/17 and it also has a max load rating of 3195. Not sure I understand what you are saying???? Front axle is 5500 and rear axle is 6200.

Negative. The 18” wheel has a different offset than the 17” wheel. That offset will cause the tire to rub at full lock.
