Nice jack I really want one. But man at only 28" at the hitch I wouldn't be able to hitch up to my truck. Blocks would work for camping and unloading. But what if I did get stuck? Then I'm gonna have to use blocks to get it off the truck. Hook up the wench and pull it off of the blocks, not sure...
I'm running 35" tires on my trailer and that annex has slack in it still with the rails as high as they can go. I wish I went with bigger tires. The only way I have been able to get all the slack out of that annex is to pull the trailer onto car ramps for changing your oil. But then you also...
For those that have wired lights into their trailers. Did you run a negative wire all the way back to the battery or just add a negative/neutral post near the lights/use an existing screw?
Pulled a half day at work today. Told my boss (Me) he could shove it I'm working on my Trailer haha. Got the New max coupler installed. Also installed the new trailer awning. I will let you guys know how I like it. It is a cheap POS maybe lol. It's made by Yescom. From what I have read it's the...
Ya that's when I'm worried about it, is when charging. A bought a NOCO external outlet for the trailer for charging the batteries. Kind of defeats the purpose if I'm opening the box anyhow lol.
Ya it says that in the Manuel. I am by no means telling you nothing will happen if you do. But just saying I do and haven't had any issues lol. Plus some of the other guys on here have mounted extra storage boxes on them and I think there was a photo earlier of someone keeping water containers...
So guys that have added battery systems to the front tongue box. Did you add a Battery vent to it? Or am I just getting way overboard with my thinking. I didn't go AGM because the way I look at it all batteries go bad, and the extra time I got with AGM batteries in my boat did not calculate to...
Not sure what the weight rating is. I step on mine all the time while setting up and have never had an issue. But I am careful getting on and off. I weigh 220lbs. so I would say they can take some weight just not sure about when you add movement to the weight.
Ya they sent me out a MCO. When I was leaving the DMV I called them and told them what was going on and they said they would send one to see if it would help. Then I remembered about the Third party DMV's and was like I bet they don't know all the rules lol. Worst case drive it out here to...
Haha Arizona DMV wanted me to do the same thing. Argued with me up and down that there was no way this trailer was a home built trailer. Told me I would need all three levels of inspections and I could expect to spend at least three days at the DMV. Luckily here in Arizona we also have Third...
How is that Habitat lift working for you. Is it as easy as it really looks? Right now I use two scissor jacks and it works out ok as long as everyone is turning at the same speed.
So I do an Annual trip to Pyramid lake for fishing. This was the first year camping on the lake and it was so much fun. Usually it is a 10-12 person trip but a lot of people couldn't make it this year so it ended up being only two of us. Fishing was slow. But we still had a great time. Also...
I also set mine to max and the tires would not lock up. I thought this might be by design. I haven't ran into anything I would say was a problem so far. But on this longer mileage trip I did notice the trailer brakes release way after my truck brakes do. It mostly happen in stop and go traffic...
Made a few upgrades this week for my trip next week fishing in Reno. I just have to finish up the battery set up tomorrow and ill be set for the trip. Its gonna be a bare bones battery set up just to get me going and ill upgrade once I get back. I got the retro kit installed. That passenger side...
