I use the puller (upper left hand corner) in this Harbor Freight kit. http://www.harborfreight.com/5-piece-front-end-service-tool-set-66686.html You will need similar pullers for the tie rod ends etc...

Lift up the front end with a jack until the tires are off the ground, brace with jack stands. Place a long bar under the tire with a wedge under it so it can act as a leaver and slightly lift up on the bottom of the tire. I find it easiest to use the lever bar from the side of the vehicle...

Big plus that you have the Timing belt done. Even though you have some nice parts on it I think $4300 is pretty high expectation. I'm looking at a '99 locally here with a few less miles and in pretty nice shape. Excellent leather, Winter Package etc... Seller is asking $2200.
